Service Terms & Policies
Rejuv Cleaning · Effective August 6, 2026
These general policies apply to services arranged by Ohio Luxury Stays LLC, doing business as Rejuv Cleaning. The approved quote and signed service agreement contain the specific scope, price, deposit and scheduling terms for each booking.
1. QUOTES AND AGREED SCOPE
Only the work expressly listed in the approved quote is included. The quoted price is based on the property information and service conditions provided before approval.
If the property condition or requested work materially differs from that information, the office will explain the difference and issue a revised written quote before additional paid work is performed. No material scope change or additional charge will be made without client approval.
2. OFFICE-ISSUED PRICING
Only the Rejuv Cleaning office may issue or revise prices and quotes.
Cleaning professionals do not set prices, sell additional services, collect deposits for new work or independently change an approved scope. A request made to a cleaning professional does not modify the approved quote.
Any additional paid work requires a written new or revised quote from the office and client approval before it is scheduled or performed.
3. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
The approved quote states the applicable price, deposit and payment schedule. The client agrees to pay the amounts shown by the due dates stated on the approved quote or invoice.
A deposit, charge or payment condition that is not disclosed on the approved quote does not apply to that booking.
4. SCHEDULING AND PROPERTY ACCESS
The client will provide safe and timely access at the scheduled service time, including necessary keys, entry codes, parking information and building authorization.
Arrival times may be provided as a service window. Rejuv Cleaning will communicate material delays or changes when reasonably possible.
If safe or lawful access is unavailable, the service may be delayed, rescheduled or limited to safely accessible areas.
5. CLIENT PREPARATION
Before service, the client should:
- disclose known hazards, damaged fixtures, fragile surfaces and special product restrictions;
- secure cash, jewelry, medication, weapons, important documents and irreplaceable items;
- safely contain pets when necessary;
- provide working water, electricity and reasonable climate control where required;
- remove obstacles that prevent reasonable access to the agreed areas; and
- identify belongings or surfaces requiring special handling.
Rejuv Cleaning does not arrange ordinary cleaning professionals to perform biohazard remediation, active mold remediation, hazardous-material handling, unsafe ladder work or other work that cannot reasonably be performed safely as ordinary cleaning.
6. CLEANING PROFESSIONALS AND INSURANCE
Rejuv Cleaning works with screened independent cleaning professionals. Each contractor is required to maintain their own applicable insurance coverage and provide current documentation before accepting assignments.
Contractors are not covered under Rejuv Cleaning’s insurance policy.
Responsibility and coverage are determined according to the facts, applicable agreements, law and policy terms.
7. SERVICE CONCERNS AND RE-CLEANING
Tell us within 24 hours by phone, text, email or the customer portal if agreed-scope work was missed.
We will review the concern and may request reasonable supporting information, including photographs where practical.
We will arrange a reasonable re-clean of documented, missed, agreed-scope areas at no additional charge. The client must provide a reasonable opportunity for the re-clean.
This process does not apply to work outside the approved scope, pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, permanent staining, deterioration or conditions that cleaning cannot reasonably correct.
8. DAMAGE AND INCIDENT REPORTING
Report suspected damage or another incident promptly after discovery.
Rejuv Cleaning may document the report and forward it to the cleaning professional and any applicable insurer. Receiving, documenting or forwarding a report is not an admission of fault or liability.
The client should preserve relevant photographs, video, receipts and other supporting information.
9. CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING AND LOCKOUT TERMS
Any cancellation period, rescheduling charge, deposit condition or lockout charge applicable to a booking must be disclosed on the approved quote.
A booking-specific charge or condition that was not stated on the approved quote will not be added afterward.
Nothing in these policies limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
10. ELECTRONIC APPROVAL
Clients may receive, review, approve, sign and retain quotes and related records electronically.
Approval and signature through the client portal confirm acceptance of the approved quote and its attached service agreement. Clients should save or print the approved documents for their records.
Payment alone does not replace approval and signature where a signature is requested.
11. PHOTOGRAPHS AND SERVICE RECORDS
Reasonable photographs may be taken to document pre-existing conditions, access issues, completed work, safety concerns or reported incidents.
These records may be used for scheduling, quality control, service documentation or incident reporting. They will not be used publicly for advertising without separate permission.
